At least one author of each accepted paper will need to register to MT-ITS 2023 for the paper to be presented at podium sessions and to be included in the Scopus-indexed IEEE Xplore Digital Library conference.

All submitted papers will be peer reviewed according to a single-blind review process. Therefore, author information does not need to be blinded on submitted papers.

Submission without Proceeding Policy: Following multiple requests to submit a paper which would not appear in the MT-ITS proceedings, IEEE is very strict with proceedings and request that we have a proceeding for each presentation. The committee understands the potential self-plagiarism related to a subsequent journal submission. However, MT-ITS 2023 limits submissions to max 6 pages papers, which should be quite different from journal versions.
