Author Registration
Each accepted paper must be covered by at least 1 (one) Full or Student Registration (IEEE member or non-member) received before the cut-off date of March 31th 2023 23:59 CET.
No Show Policies
MT-ITS2023 enforces a “no show” policy. Any accepted paper included in the final program is expected to have at least one author or qualified presenter (after being accepted at the sole discretion of the conference organizers) attend and present the paper at the conference. Authors of the accepted papers included in the final program who do not attend and present at the conference will be added to a “No Show List” and the paper will not be published IEEE on IEEE Xplore®. No Refund will be provided corresponding to a “no show”.
Registration Fees
The conference fees (full, student, life) include the conference materials, the proceedings in electronic version, participation in sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception, gala dinner, and the right to publish one paper.
To benefit from the Early Bird rate, full payment must be received latest by the cut-off date of March 31th 2023 23:59 CET.
To benefit of the IEEE member rate, a valid IEEE membership number is required at the time of registration. To benefit from the Student rate (IEEE or non IEEE), a valid student ID will be required during MT-ITS2023 check-in.
A payment confirmation will be sent to the provided registration e-mail upon successful registration. A payment invoice will be provided with the conference material during MT-ITS2023 check-in.

Cancellation & Alteration Policy
For any cancellation or alteration request, the conference organizers must be notified in writing by e-mail at mt-its2023(at)lists.eurecom.fr.
Any registration request received prior to the Early-bird cut-off date (March 31th 2023 CET) will lead to a 50€ administrative cancellation fee. Any early-bird registration is considered as final after the cut-off date (March 31th 2023 CET) and no refund will be provided. Any cancellation requests corresponding to a ‘late’ registration fee will be subject to a 50€ administrative cancellation fee if received before April 30th 2023 CET. Any cancellation request received after that date (April 30th 2023 CET) will lead to a 100% cancellation fee.
Any alteration request (e.g. name change) will be accepted at no charge if received prior to April 30th 2023 CET, if they do not violate authors or IEEE registration regulations. Any alteration request received after April 30th 2023 CET will not be accepted.
Any refund will be processed up to two (2) month after the closing of the conference and will be handled via bank transfers. Any bank charge associated with this process will be the responsibility of the requesting delegate.
